Note:
- This feature requires activation by visiting your Timely web account. Visit Setup > Calendar settings > COVID vaccination policy to enable this feature which will make it available in iOS.
- At present we can additionally record the vaccination pass expiry date, but only in the web app version of Timely. This is planned as an enhancement for iOS in the near future. If you have enabled this capability in Timely and view the client in iOS, you will be unable to add the expiry date and the calendar icon will show that vaccination requirements have not been met with no way to remedy them in iOS. We recommend you go to the web version of Timely if you wish to record the expiry date functionality or disable this aspect within the settings until such time the capability is available in iOS.
The Timely iOS application supports following features related to COVID vaccination status tracking.
- Viewing and editing client vaccination status for an upcoming appointment
Tap on the appointment and then tap on the customer name as shown in below steps. This will take you to the customer profile which contains the new 'Vaccination' section. This section will show you the current vaccination status for the client stored in your Timely account.
To update tap on the current status which will take you to the interface shown below, to update whether the vaccination status is confirmed to be completed and if proof has been sighted.
Once the status is changed as 'completed' the icon shown below will indicate that the client visiting for the appointment is vaccinated.
- Viewing and editing client vaccination status of a client
