In this guide you will learn how to get started with Rewards, using Timely. Rewards make it easy for you to build strong and lasting relationships with your customers, by rewarding their loyalty to your business. Your customers will earn points based on their spend, and when enough points are earned, they will unlock the Rewards that you have set.
Important note: businesses on both the Elevate and Innovate plan types are able to enable Rewards, however, only businesses on the Innovate plan are able to decide how points are awarded and whether you want to show these to your customers. How Rewards work in Timely
Timely notes:
- All customers are automatically opted-in. No registration required!
- Gift vouchers and store credits collect points when applied to sale.
- Packages do not collect points.
- Rewards cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers and store credits
- Points are automatically removed if transaction is refunded or invoice is deleted.
- To display customer Rewards balances on printed receipts & emails, turn on this setting!
