Rewards make it easy for you to build strong and lasting relationships with your customers, by rewarding their loyalty to your business. Your customers will earn points based on their spend, and when enough points are earned, they will unlock the Rewards that you have set. You may find yourself needing to manually adjust rewards points for your clients, such as referral bonuses or when special offers are running. Important note: businesses on both the Elevate and Innovate plan types are able to enable Rewards, however, only businesses on the Innovate plan are able to decide how points are awarded and whether you want to show these to your customers.
