Rewards make it easy for you to build strong and lasting relationships with your customers, by rewarding their loyalty to your business. Your customers will earn points based on their spend, and when enough points are earned, they will unlock the Rewards that you have set. In this guide you will learn how to move from an existing loyalty system, over to Timely.
Important note: businesses on both the Elevate and Innovate plan types are able to enable Rewards, however, only businesses on the Innovate plan are able to decide how points are awarded and whether you want to show these to your customers.
