When a client has collected enough rewards points to earn rewards vouchers, you will be able to apply their voucher on their sale. In this article, you will learn how to apply a rewards voucher to a sale across both the Timely iOS app and desktop website. How to apply a rewards voucher via the Timely website
1 When you raise a sale, you will see the amount of rewards available. At checkout, you can apply the rewards by clicking on the rewards button. By default, the maximum value is applied. You can adjust the amount if your customer prefers to specify. When you are ready, you can complete the sale as usual.
