In this guide, you will learn how to import your contacts from your iOS device. Please note, that while these instructions are used successfully by Timely customers; that does not guarantee they will work 100% of the time. If you have any issues, you may need to enter client contact details manually.
How to download your contacts from your iOS device
1 Download the free mycontactsbackup app from the app store via your iOS device.
2 When this is downloaded, you can then export your contacts to a CSV file, and open this in Excel, Google Sheets or another software of your choosing.
Timely note: when you have downloaded your contacts from your iOS device, and have these in a CSV file, you can then proceed with the import process into Timely. For more information on the next step, see our help guide How to download and complete the Timely customer import template.
