With Timely, you can request certain data to be sent to you via email that you can then download for your business use. In this article, you will learn how to request and access your data export from Timely.
How to request a Timely data export
To request a Timely data export, please reach out to our friendly support team by submitting a help form via our help centre, and provide the date you would like to receive your data. Please note that requests can take up to 48 hours.
Note: The only data we are able to export from your Timely Account is as follows;
- Clients (including reward points)
- Appointments
- Services
- Client Notes
- Products
- Product Purchases
How to access your Timely data export
You will receive an email from Timely’s customer data sharing site. If you do not receive it please check your spam or junk folder. The email may come from a member of our customer success team. Once you receive this email:
