Add a personal touch to your client confirmation and reminder emails by including a note from the staff member providing the service. This can be done through the confirmation and reminder email settings.
The personalised notes from staff will only appear on their confirmation and reminder emails.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Go to Setup and select Staff.
2 Click Edit next to the staff member's name.
3 Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Personal Info section.
4 Add your message.
5 Click Save.
