Replying to your customers via SMS is super easy in our iOS app, here are two ways that you can quickly reply to those messages letting you can get back to doing what you really love.
Go to Customer profile > View messages > Send message then type your message and send.
Or, click Messages > Tap on the message you want to view > Reply then type your message and send.
You'll also be able to see your message history with your customer.
