This article is for:
When your client completes their online booking, instead of seeing a generic booking complete screen, you can have them land on a branded page you control; and can customise to suit your business. In this article, you will learn how to manage your custom confirmation page.
This feature is especially useful for sharing key information, such as: time, location, parking details, and your cancellation policy. It also helps to encourage extra action from your clients, for example: adding their appointment to the calendar, purchasing gift vouchers, and even joining your loyalty program if you have one.
Step-by-step instructions
What data is sent to the confirmation page?
We will automatically append some query-string parameters to pass booking data to your confirmation page. This enables you to customise the page based on the type of booking, and will allow for more detailed conversion tracking. Any bookings that include classes will not be sent to a custom confirmation page, your client will see the standard Timely confirmation page.
