Every time you mark a client as did not show, it is saved onto their customer record. You can go back and check how often a client has missed their appointment, enabling you to make decisions such as removing their ability to book themselves, or the need to create booking and cancellation policies for your business.

How to see a client's no-show history
Search through the Client sidebar

Start by opening the client sidebar, and typing in your client's name in the search field.

When their name pops up, you will want to click this.

Above their name you'll see a thumbs down icon with the number of times they've missed their appointment.
Search through the Customers tab

Start by clicking customers and search for your client's name, then choose their name in the list of results.

Next, if they have missed an appointment, there will be a thumbs down icon next to their name with the number of times it's happened.
