This article will guide you on how to set the initial status for customers booking online.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Navigate to Setup.

2 Click on Online Bookings.

3 In the Online Bookings section, find the Settings section.

4 Here, you're able to set the status to either Confirmed or Pencilled in.
A Confirmed appointment means the appointment is confirmed as soon as the customer books it online. A Pencilled in appointment means you need to accept or decline the appointment after the customer has made the booking. We recommend setting the status to Pencilled-in to give you more flexibility in managing your schedule.


5 After making these changes, click on Save.
