How to set the initial status for online bookings

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard.

Click on online bookings > and find the settings section.

Here, you're able to set the status to either confirmed or pencilled in.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Timely note: a confirmed appointment means the appointment is confirmed as soon as the customer books it online. A pencilled-in appointment means you need to accept or decline the appointment after the customer has made the booking. We recommend setting the status to pencilled-in to give you more flexibility in managing your schedule.
