You have two options. You can talk to our team to explore options to stay with Timely, our team is always happy to help or choose to continue to cancellation.

You need to select a reason for cancellation to continue. There's space to add any extra feedback or information on why you're canceling your account. We're really grateful for any feedback and it will help us understand ways to improve Timely.

After you've cancelled, you'll no longer be able to login to Timely to export information. So it's crucial to do this before cancelling your account to ensure you have the information needed to continue running a successful business.

Once you're ready, and you're sure you want to leave. Click please cancel my account. This is your last chance to get in touch with us to see if we can help. Or continue by clicking cancel account now.

Once you've completed these steps, your account will now be cancelled and you will no longer be charged.
Important note: If you change your mind, no worries! Follow these simple steps we'll get you up and running. If it's within 12 months all your settings and data have been saved so it's easy to get back to business.
