Head to our Timely help centre, and fill out the contact form available. When you are doing this, select billing and subscription enquiries.

Type in the email which is linked with your Timely account, and select the type of subscription you were on.

Under the question about what you need help with, select Timely Account enquiry, then click on reactivate my account.
