In this article, we show you how to assign pricing tiers to staff members, once you have already set up your tiered pricing for your business.
To create a new appointment with tiered pricing, in the calendar, create an appointment as usual and select the staff member that will be performing the Service and price of the service will change
Step by step instructions
Once you have created your pricing tiers in your Timely account, you can now assign these pricing tiers to your staff members.
1Go to Setup
2Click on 'Staff'
3Click 'Edit' next to the staff member that you wish to add a pricing tier to
4Assign the applicable tier for their level and skill and click 'Save'
For any service that has not had a pricing tier assigned, it would be set as your normal price or your unassigned price.
