Important note: Setting up tiered pricing won’t have any effect unless you have completed all 3 steps within this setup prcess. This is the third of 3 steps, but don't worry if you haven't started yet - it is super easy to do! Once you have finished the following 2 steps, come back to this help guide to complete everything. How to assign tiered pricing to staff members

Step by step instructions

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard.

2 Next click staff from the dropdown menu, then edit next to the staff member that you wish to add a pricing tier to.

3 Assign the applicable tier for their skill, experience, and seniority; and when you are ready, click save to apply your changes. For any service that has not had a pricing tier assigned, it would be set as your normal price or your unassigned price.

Timely note: to create a new appointment with tiered pricing, in the calendar, create an appointment as usual and select the staff member that will be performing the Service and price of the service will change.
