Step by step instructions
The Client Overview Report gives you visibility over all your clients on top of general client information. It's also great for other uses such as tracking client absences, filtering target groups for marketing or exporting your client list. For third party tools, you can customise which columns you'd like to see or report on.
1In Client overview, click on 'Edit columns'

2Select or unselect to configure the column information you'd like to see or unselect it.

3After you've made your changes, click 'Update'

5Click on 'Filter' to apply them if needed and click on 'Update'

6Click on 'Filter' to apply them if needed and click on 'Update' By default, all reports will be sorted by client name in alphabetical order, but you can choose to sort your data by any column by hovering over the column and clicking the around against the column name. To reverse the order, click the arrow again.

7If you want to save the Client overview report you've just created and customised, save the URL, bookmark the page, or export the report.
