Step by step instructions
The Customer Packages Report allows you to view a list of all the customers who have been issued a package within a specified time period.
1Go to 'Reports' and ensure you have the 'Customer packages' report selected from the dropdown and then select the date range or 'All time'

2Select 'All packages' under the 'Package' dropdown to pull a list of all package types issued within that period. You can also select specific package templates in the dropdown. It will include the customer name, the package they purchased, the status, expiry date, payment excluding tax and how many visits are available or redeemed.

This report is also a useful tool for tracking outstanding package liability. Use the filter settings, or if you want to know the total remaining liability of packages, set the date range to 'All Time' and navigate to the last page.
