You may encounter instances where clients would like to book for multiple services in one appointment, however, one staff member might have limited availability; and cannot perform all of the requested services. In this situation, the multi-staff appointments feature allows you to spread services across multiple staff members within the one appointment. In this article, you will learn how to enable multi-staff booking for a singular appointment.
Step-by-step instructions

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, click on online booking from the dropdown list.

If minimise gaps is turned on, turn it off by choosing show all available times.

Click allow customers to book appointments with more than one service, then allow customers to book appointments with more than one staff member.

Choose the maximum amount of time you are happy for a client to wait in between services. Then when you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Timely notes:
- Your clients will now be able to book multiple services with multiple staff members, all in the one appointment.
- If a client chooses a service group and then chooses a staff member who does not offer all services within said service group, the preferred staff member will be assigned the bulk of the services, and a staff member who offers the other service/s will be allocated by Timely, depending on availability.
