In Timely you assign services to staff members who work certain hours at particular locations. You can then enable your clients to book online. If you are encountering any challenges in setting this up, please make sure you follow the troubleshooting steps below. If you are still having trouble, you can get in contact with our friendly support team.
Make sure your services are bookable online

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on services.

Click edit next to each service.

Check the customers can book this service online checkbox, and click save to make the services available. Repeat this for any other required services.
Make sure your staff are bookable online

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on staff.

Click edit next to each staff member.

Scroll down to the booking options section.

Check the customers can schedule this staff member online checkbox.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Make sure your locations are bookable online

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on locations.

Click edit next to each location.

Check the customers can book this location online checkbox.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes. Repeat for any other locations you want available online.
Make sure your team's rostered hours appear online
You may have given your staff some hours when you were setting them up but those hours also need to appear on the roster before customers can book them online. You can apply your staff member's normal hours to the roster to make them available. To do this:

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on roster.

Under the staff member's name, click set normal hours.

The hours may already be there, if not you can toggle working days on by clicking the day name which will turn green and then add start and end times for each working day.

Click save to add these to the roster, and then click save again to update the available hours. See our help guide Introduction: Staff rostering for more information.
