In this guide you'll learn how to interact with client documents, on the Timely website. If you're using the Timely app on your iPhone or iPad, then you can scan documents directly into the Timely app. Documents can then be viewed from the client's record on any computer or device. Timely note: If you are on our Elevate or Innovate plans, you'll be able to sync your Consult forms (intake forms, consent forms, client detail forms and patch tests) through to Timely which will appear in the document section of the customer profile. Timely tip: It's not always clear where a file will be downloaded to, as this depends on your computer setup. The most common places are; the Downloads folder, the Desktop, your Documents folder or the last place you saved a file.
