How to check your PayPal instant payment notifications
This needs to be setup correctly so any time a client uses PayPal to pay you for products or services, their payment will show in Timely. This makes sure your records stay up-to-date. To do this:
1 To start, click your profile icon in the top right hand corner, and select account settings. If you can't find the Account Settings, you might be using your PayPal Personal account. You'll need to change to a PayPal Business account.
2
Use the search field on the left-hand side to find instant payment notifications.
3
Click on update in the instant payment notifications section.
4 Under notification URL the address needs to be the following: https://webhooks.gettimely.com/webhooks/paypal/. Click edit settings to change it if you need to.
5
Make sure that message delivery is set to enabled.
