Sometimes tidying up your client list is necessary, but you do not want to lose that information forever. Whenever you delete a client in Timely, you can restore their profile and data anytime. How to delete a client
When you archive or delete a client, they will be removed from the customers tab, as well as from your search results. This means that you will not be able to view their customer record, or make any new appointments for them. However, any of their existing appointments will remain in the calendar as they were originally entered.
Step-by-step instructions

Head to the customer tab in the main menu, and find the client you want to archive.

In the top right corner of their record, click the three dots menu button on their record and select the delete action on the right-hand side to delete the client.
3 Confirm that you want to delete the client from your system. They will then be removed from the customers tab and your search results. However, you can restore them at any time. See our help guide How to restore a client for more information on how to do this.
