Sometimes tidying up your client list is necessary, but you do not want to lose that information forever. Whenever you delete a client in Timely, you can restore their profile and data anytime. In this guide, you will learn how to restore a deleted client.
How to restore a deleted client

Head to the reports tab and select the deleted customer list.

Find the client you would like to restore, and click the customer ID on the left-hand side (this will take you to their archived record).

Then, click the three dots and select the restore action on the right-hand side.

The client will now be active and available to view from the customers tab and when adding appointments in the calendar.
