Should you need to delete a location from your Timely account, you are able to do seamlessly. There are just a few steps to take to ensure you remain organised. In this article, you will learn how to manage the deletion of a location from your account.
Step One: Turn off online bookings for that location

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on locations.

Click edit next to the location, and uncheck the box next to customers can book this location online.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
Step Two: Remove or reschedule future appointments

From the reports tab select the day sheet report and click on the location in question.

Choose the specific date range option and set it from today's date, to a year in the future (you can view up to 18 months ahead in the calendar).

Right click on the appointment time in the report, to open it in a new tab in the calendar.

Then, reschedule the appointments to another location, if appropriate. Or, cancel the appointment entirely.

When you are ready, click save to apply your changes. Then repeat for any other classes or appointments.
Step Three: Delete the location

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click on locations.

Click the trash icon next to the location you want to remove, and a box will pop up to confirm. Then press the delete button again to confirm. The location will then be removed from the calendar, online bookings and website. Any historical information will no longer be available.
