You may want to adjust the prices of your services depending on the location of your business. Timely does not currently have a feature for location specific services or prices, however, we do have a workaround which may work for your business. The following article covers the work around for setting location specific pricing.
First, you will need to create your services that have a different price than your existing services, to do this, you can find more information in our guide how to set up services. Once this is completed, you can follow the steps below to manage pricing between locations:
1 Set up your second location, to do this, see our help guide on: How to add multiple locations.
3 You can now link these resources to said services. To do this:
- Head to setup and then to services in business details.
- Create or edit your services.
- In the resource section, select the resource that is correct for each of your locations.
- Once you are done, simply click save and repeat this process for every service.
Your services will now only show depending on the location that the client chooses, with the correct prices linked to those locations. To make sure your online booking works seamlessly when you have multiple staff members, please add the same number of resources as you have staff members OR be sure to specify exactly which resources you have at each unique location.
Example: If you have 5 staff and 5 manicure tables at Location A, you will want to add 5 resources to that service there. Similarly, if you have another 5 manicure tables at Location B, add 5 resources to that service there too. Following these steps will help you avoid any issues with your online booking availability.
