Timely note: by default, all new staff members within the can be booked online settings are set to 5 mins. Additionally, if using the minimise gaps option, this overrides this setting.

Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click staff.

Then click edit next to the staff member's name. In the normal working hours section, select a timing option from the drop down menu under can be booked online every.
