Timely is an easy to use online booking software, that creates seamless client experiences. While most of our product design is fixed, there are a few ways you can customise your online booking process, such as colour scheme, logo, and website to match your businesses brand. In this guide, you will learn how to customise the online booking process for your clients.
How to customise your online booking theme
You are able to customise the theme and colours of the online booking process. This is perfect if you have specific branding, which you would like to incorporate into your online booking process. To do this:
- Use the default Timely theme (uses Timely Coral)
- Use the 'Neutral' theme (uses Timely Charcoal)
- Add your own custom colours (match your brand exactly!)
- Click the colour square next to each online booking element and use the colour picker to select a colour.
- Enter the hex code for the colour directly in the field provided
How to add custom booking instructions
To help guide clients through the online booking process, you can provide instructions or additional information for each step of the online booking process. To add your own text, head to the online bookings page and scroll down to the add your own text section.
There will be a section available for each of the steps of the online booking process. This will then be displayed at the top of the online booking window.
