How to give your staff access to view staff targets

With Timely, you can set staff targets; which are a powerful way to motivate your team and grow your business. You can set targets for sales, rebooking, retail, or services, and track progress in real time on the Dashboard. This not only helps keep staff focused and accountable, but also makes it easier to celebrate wins, identify coaching opportunities, and drive consistent performance across your business. In this article, you will learn how to give your staff access to view staff targets.

1 Heading to account > staff access.

2 Click edit next to the staff member whose access you want to edit.

3 Scroll down to the dashboard section of the page. From there you can make adjustments to their access permissions.

4 You can choose to give the staff member all access to the dashboard, or some access if you would like to gate this to only specific areas of the dashboard. You can learn more in our help guide access How to restrict staff access.

5 To give the staff member access to the targets dashboard, choose whether you want them to view their own targets only, view all staff, add/edit targets for all staff, or delete targets for all staff.

6 When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
