Sometimes you may need to update your details of your client's appointment after they've arrived. This could be because another staff member performed the service, or the price is different from the one showing, or you want to add a discount. You can do this all in the same place when you checkout your client.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the appointment to update and click Checkout.
2 To change who performed the service, click on the service.
3 Here you can update:
- The service description
- The price
- The discount
- Who performed the service
These changes will automatically be updated on your calendar. If you don't want that to happen, uncheck the box.
4Click Save.
5 You'll see the updated price in the right-hand column.
6 The total cost of the sale is on the Checkout button. If this is right, click on Checkout then follow the typical checkout process.
7 The appointment has moved to the correct place. The icons on the booking will show the appointment is complete and the invoice is paid.
