Do your clients sometimes forget to bring their credit card? Or do they want to put down a deposit over the phone? Easily solved. You can send them an invoice to their email. It will have your bank details, so your client can easily pay straight into your account.

Requesting a payment through an appointment
1 Click on the client's appointment and click Checkout.
2 If you need to, here you can add any extra products, services, appointments, vouchers, credits, or packages to the sale.
3 Click on the checkout option located in the bottom right hand corner.
4 On the Payment page, select Request payment.
5 This will send the invoice to your client's email address. It's a good idea to check with them that their email address is correct. You can also add a personal note to the email here.
6 Click send. Timely will send the invoice to your client.
Requesting a Payment through the Client sidebar
1 Search for the client's name in the client sidebar and click on their name to bring up their details.
2 Click on the price tag icon underneath their name.
3 Choose what they are paying for: Product, Service, Gift voucher or Credit.
4 If you need to, here you can add any extra products, services, appointments, vouchers, credits, or packages to the sale.
5 Click on the checkout option located in the bottom right hand corner.
6 On the Payment page, select Request payment.
7 This will send the invoice to your client's email address. It's a good idea to check with them that their email address is correct. You can also add a personal note to the email here.
8 Click send. Timely will send the invoice to your client.
