Replying to your customers via SMS in Timely is super easy in our iOS app, in this article we will cover two ways that you can effortlessly reply to messages, allowing you to get back to business. To make sure you get the very best app experience, you'll need to have the latest version of IOS installed on your phone or iPad.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Head to the customer tab, and type in the clients name who you wish to message.
2 From here, click > view messages > find the message you would like to reply to, compose your message and when you are ready click send.
Timely note: if you do not have a number saved for this client, you will see a pop up that states you cannot send a message as there was no SMS number found for the customer.
