How to check sms replies from your clients

Navigate to messages.

Click on SMS inbox, here you'll find all the SMS replies from your customers. This inbox doesn't display email replies, as these go directly to the account holder's or admin user's email inbox.

Check the details of each message - you'll see the time and date of the reply, the customer's identity (if related to a booking), their phone number, and the message itself.

From the SMS inbox, you're able to send a reply directly back to your client/customer.

If you are expecting a message that hasn't arrived yet, click on refresh. New messages will appear after refreshing.
