Once your client has received their treatment or service, it's time to check them out. At the same time you can mark the appointment status as 'Complete'. This will help you keep your reports up-to-date, and you can then see which bookings your staff have performed and finished.

2 Click Checkout
3 Click the appointment complete checkbox.
4 Click checkout.
5 Follow the normal checkout process and the appointment will be recorded as 'Complete'.

If you want to change the booking to complete without checking out at the same time, follow these steps.

If your client's appointment is part of a package, you need to make sure you mark it as complete. This makes sure the package is included when you make the sale.
