If a client comes in with an expired gift voucher, you can still honour it. In this guide, we'll show you how to reactivate in just a couple of clicks.
1 Click Sales then select to Search gift vouchers.
2 Search gift vouchers by your client's name or the gift voucher number.
3 Click on the code number of the expired voucher.
4 Click Reactivate.
5 Click OK to confirm.
6 Refresh the screen. You'll see the voucher is now Active.
