You can update the expiry date of a gift voucher that's already been sold to a client. You just need the voucher number or the client's name to make the changes.
Check the rules for selling gift vouchers in Australia, NZ and UK.
1 Go to Sales and select Search gift vouchers.
2 Enter the gift voucher number in the search field and click the voucher's number to make changes.
3 If you don't know the voucher number, search the client's name. Click Customers.
4 Search for the client's name and go to their Gift vouchers tab.
5 Click on the code for the gift voucher you want to change.
6 Click on the Expiry tab to view the gift voucher's expiration date.
7 You can select Never or pick a date the voucher will expire.
8 Click Save.
9 Success! The expiration date is updated.
