You may have instances where clients wish to book with your salon, however, you do not have availability for them at the time they are hoping for. With waitlists, you are able to alert clients when space becomes available, allowing them to book online or in-salon with you. In this article, you will learn how to book a client who is on your waitlist.
Important note: This feature is only available to Timely customers on the Elevate and Innovate plans. Should you wish to upgrade your plan, you can find more information in our help guide How to change your Timely plan.
Step-by-step instructions

Start by opening the client sidebar and click waitlist.

Scroll down to the client who you want to add, and click the calendar icon.

Click through your calendar to find the right day and time, and then select the time you want to book the client in for their appointment.

When you are ready, click save to confirm.
