In this article, you'll learn how to view and manage sms replies from your customers.
Step by step instructions
1 Navigate to Messages.

2 Click on SMS Inbox - here you'll find all the SMS replies from your customers. Note that this inbox doesn't display email replies. Those go to the account holder's or admin user's email inbox.

3 Check the details of each message - you'll see the time and date of the reply, the customer's identity (if related to a booking), their phone number, and the message itself.

4 Respond to your customer - from the SMS inbox, you're able to send a reply directly back to the customer.
5 Refresh your inbox - if you're expecting a message that hasn't arrived yet, click on Refresh. New messages will appear after refreshing.
