My Shopify location isn't recognised in Timely
If you have an error saying that your order is fulfilled from a location that is not linked to Timely, it means that a customer purchased a product and it was fulfilled from a Shopify location that isn't in Timely or hasn't yet been linked in Timely.
To resolve this error you can manually reassign the order in Shopify to a location linked to Timely.
Multi-location fulfilment order hasn't synced to Timely
If you have an error saying that your order requires a single location for the supply of products in Timely, then the order will need to be reassigned to come from one location that is connected with Timely. The reason for this is that Timely doesn't yet support multi-location fulfilment orders. What this means is that if your customer's order has to be fulfilled from more than one Shopify location, we're unable to sync that order into Timely.
If you require the order to be synced to Timely, you'll need to manually reassign the order in Shopify.
