There are multiple ways to send messages directly to your clients from within your Timely account. In this article you will learn how to send a one-off message to your clients from the client record. We will deliver any replies right to your account, so your communications are all in the one place.
How to send a message from the client record

Head to the customers tab.

Search for the client by entering their name, phone number, etc.

Once found, click the messages button on the right hand side.

Choose send a message from the options.

Next choose either the send an SMS or send an email option.

Compose your message and click the send button when you are ready.
