See what the online booking experience is like for your clients when they need to pay a deposit. Whether it's on your website, social or the free mini-website, the experience is the same.
If you're on the Build plan, you can only take online deposits if you use TimelyPay.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Your clients click Book now.
2 If you have more than one location, they'll select which salon they want to book at.
3 Otherwise, they'll go straight to picking the service they want. You can add small descriptions here so they understand the benefits of the service.
4 If you have more than one bookable staff, you can let them select who they'd like to do the service with.
5 Next, your client will pick the day and time. The green dots show whether the morning or afternoon has free space.
6 If your client has been before, they can just enter their phone number to make it super easy.
7 If they haven't been before or didn't save their details, they carry on as a guest and enter their personal details.
8 If you need them to answer a question before they book the service, it will appear here.
9 Clients need to agree to the cancellation policy before they can click Continue.
10 Your client now needs to pay the deposit. They can add a gift voucher code or a promo code.
11 Your client adds their credit card details.
12 They click pay.
Yay! They're booked.
Online bookings appear immediately in your calendar.
You decide if you want online bookings to be:
Pencilled-in and you can then check you're happy with the details before you confirm.
Automatically confirmed and they will be sent a confirmation email or text straight away.
