View deposit
1 After a client has paid a deposit, the money icon will appear on their booking.
2 Open the booking details to see the deposit amount.
Edit deposit
If a customer doesn't want to use their deposit for an appointment, you can remove it. Here's how:
1 Click Checkout on the client's appointment with the deposit.
2 Click the x to revert the deposit amount to a customer credit.
3 The deposit is credited to the client on their profile. You can see the credit on the payment screen at checkout too.
4 If the deposit was removed by mistake, click on the credit button to add it back into the appointment.
Checkout a client
1 Begin the checkout process for the client.
2 The deposit is already credited to the invoice.
3 Continue with the normal checkout process.

This feature is available on all plans if you're using TimelyPay. If not, it's only available on Elevate and Innovate plans. Find out how to upgrade.
