Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts – you simply pay month by month.
What if I choose the wrong plan?
You can switch packages at any point, and if you aren’t satisfied, you can leave at any time.
What if I need to add new staff members to Timely?
No problem at all, your package grows with you. We’ll simply adjust your plan price to fit your new team size.
What if I have part time staff members?
Part-time staff members are currently charged at the same rate as full-time staff members.
How often does my included SMS renew?
The number of SMS included in your package renews each month, on your billing date.
What happens if I send more than my included SMS?
The SMS included in your package are designed to cover your core messaging. You can send as many SMS messages as you like, you’ll just be charged at your SMS rate for anything above the included SMS. You can check how many you’ve sent at any time, and we’ll let you know if you’re going to go over your included amount.
What are the costs involved with payments in Timely? Are there any fees?
Payments are included as part of your plan in our Base, Build, Elevate and Innovate plans and there is no extra cost, apart from the processing fees. Payments are available in Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK and the EU. Our processing fees are listed in this help article.
Is SMS included in my region?
- SMS is included in all countries except for the UAE, Ghana, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
- SMS campaigns are available in New Zealand, Australia, the United States, the UK, Ireland, Canada, and South Africa.
