If your staff work split shifts or have extended breaks during the day, the best way to manage this is to roster their start time for the beginning of their first shift until the end of their last shift. Then, in the period during the day when they're not working, you can add busy time to let the system know they are not available. In this article, you will learn how to manage split shifts. For more information, see our help guide How to block out busy time in your Timely calendar.
Timely note: you can only view one location at a time. When switching between locations, staff members or months, the changes are not automatically saved.
