To keep your account and your clients' information safe, Timely runs extra security checks when you log in to your account. If anything looks out of the ordinary, it adds in a quick verification step to make sure it's really you.
You may be asked to enter a 6-digit verification code if your login details look a bit different to what they normally are. This could be when you're logging in from a new device, location or browser.
How to enter your verification code
When you're asked to verify your identity, the process is quick and simple.
1 Enter your email and password into Timely on the login screen as you normally would.
2 On the next screen you'll be prompted to enter a verification code.
3 Check your emails for an email from Timely with your verification code.
4 Enter the code from the email into Timely and you'll be logged in. This code is valid for 30 minutes.
