Creating services is one of the most important tasks to complete when setting up your Timely account. Having an organised service menu helps your clients have a seamless booking experience, and helps orient your staff. Once your services are set up, clients can book these online, or your staff can book them right there and then, in-salon! In this guide, you will learn how to add more than one service to an appointment.
The benefit of adding multiple services to a single appointment is that only the one reminder and notification will be sent to the customer. How to add more than one service to an appointment
Timely notes:
- Only one reminder and notification will be sent for the entire appointment.
- Services can be individually dragged, stretched and deleted.
- Dragging a service to a different day will prompt a message asking if the service can be split.
- The appointment status applies to the single appointment rather than the individual services.
