Once your client has received their treatment or service, you can change their booking status to 'Complete'. This will help you keep track of where each client is in the appointment process. See how to do it in just 2 steps.
Step-by-step instructions
1 Click on the appointment that's finished.
2 Click Completed.
You'll know it's done because the appointment is now greyed out.
Good to know
You can checkout a client a booking as complete at the same time. If you want to do this, go straight to checking out a customer.
Once your client has a completed booking, they'll be a returning client when they come back. See more about client details.
If your client's appointment is part of a package, you need to make sure you mark it as complete. This makes sure the package is included when you make the sale.
By changing the booking status to 'Complete', your reports will be up-to-date. So you can see which bookings your staff has performed and finished.
