In this guide you will learn how to manage your client profiles via the iOS app, able to be used on both your iPhone and iPad. In this guide we'll cover how to search, edit, and view client records. How do I search for clients in the iOS app?

Tap on the customers tab in the menu.

Start typing the client's name in the search field provided and tap on the client's name to open their record.
How do I view or edit a client's record?
Once the client's record is opened, you will be able to view their full history, to do this:

View a summary of their record including contact details, date of birth, account balance and status.
2 Click edit in the top right corner to make any changes to the client's record, or directly on the section in the customer page.
How do I view sales that are paid and unpaid for my clients?
1 On the customer tab within the iOS app, scroll down to the unapid sales section to view unpaid sales, or click view all sales to see a full overview. You can switch between viewing sales and refunds at the top of the view all sales page.

You can then click on the sale to view or print a copy of the receipt.

There is also an option to click on unpaid sale and open sale to apply a payment.
How do I view appointments and notes for my clients?

Click on a previous appointment or an upcoming appointment to view the appointment details.

Click on any notes to edit, or select add note to add a new note.
How do I manage stored cards for my clients?
If you are using TimelyPay as your payment gateway, your clients can securely save their card details when making an online payment, and their cards will be shown under the customer profile within your iOS app. Learn more about setting up TimelyPay or about how stored cards work by seeing our help guides linked.

See how many cards are saved against that client under stored cards.
2 Remove a card on their behalf by tapping view stored cards and click the trash icon on the next screen.
