With Timely, gift vouchers can be bought online, sent by email, or printed out and given in person. You have control over the gift voucher process, from creation to redemption. So you can decide if they can be purchased online, voided, or if they expire. You can also determine gift voucher terms and conditions, allowing you to customise what information is included on the printed voucher.

With Timely scanning and selling your pre-printed gift cards is easy. In this guide, you will learn how to enable pre-printed gift vouchers in the Timely iOS app.

Having Custom gift vouchers can add to your client's experience, so we've made it easy to use pre-printed gift cards with Timely. To enable this feature:

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and click sales tools > gift vouchers.

2 Next tick the check box to enable custom voucher codes to be applied to vouchers sold. Now when you next sell a gift voucher, you will see custom voucher code shown as an option. Then simply type in the code on the gift card or use your barcode scanner to scan if there is a barcode available.
