Gift vouchers can be bought online, sent by email, or printed out and given in person. You have control over the gift voucher process, from creation to redemption. So you can decide if they can be purchased online, voided, or if they expire. You can also determine gift voucher terms and conditions, allowing you to customise what information is included on the printed voucher.
How to redeem pre-printed gift vouchers on the iOS app
1 In the sales tab, start by raising a new sale, and then clicking the plus [+] icon to select the products or service/s that you would like to add. Now you are ready to press checkout.

Next click redeem gift voucher > scan > and then scan the barcode.
3 The gift voucher code will then show. From here, click next > and the voucher balance will be available to see. Then click add > complete to finalise the sale.
