Gift vouchers are a great way for your clients to introduce your business to their family and friends. With Timely, gift vouchers can be bought online, sent by email, or printed out and given in person. You have control over the gift voucher process, from creation to redemption. So you can decide if they can be purchased online, voided, or if they expire. You can also determine gift voucher terms and conditions, allowing you to customise what information is included on the printed voucher.

There are two different types of gift vouchers available through Timely (custom amount and fixed amount). In this guide, you will learn how to sell your gift vouchers online. How to sell custom amount gift vouchers online

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and choose gift vouchers from the dropdown list.

2 Scroll down to the online purchase section and check the box next to custom amount vouchers can be purchased online.

3 When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.

How to sell fixed amount vouchers online

1 Head to setup from the main menu in your Timely account dashboard, and choose gift vouchers from the dropdown list.

2 Scroll down to the fixed amount vouchers section, and click edit next to the voucher you would like to sell online.

3 Scroll down to the online purchase section and check the box next to gift vouchers can be purchased online.

3 When you are ready, click save to apply your changes.
